What an incredible return to the FMG stage for Sian, taking home Runner-Up in Wellness PRO!
Where do I even begin? I could not be prouder.
Sian and I have worked together for four years, but this prep was different. At just 16 months postpartum, we had so much more to consider while she balanced the demands of competition prep with motherhood and family life.
As always, she handled it with incredible grace, determination and resilience.
Despite very little sleep the night before and some big nerves during the morning show, we regrouped, made the adjustments we needed and brought Sian’s best package to date to the stage that evening — earning an incredible Runner-Up placing in Wellness PRO. 🥈
This result has given us valuable feedback, confidence and a clear direction as we head towards the FMG World Championships in just four weeks. 🌎🔥
Sian deserves every bit of her success. She has a heart of gold, an incredible work ethic and gives everything to the process. After four years together, I’m incredibly proud not only of the athlete she has become, but of the way she continues to show up through every chapter of her life.
Now it’s time to sharpen the final details and take this incredible athlete to the FMG World Championships.
Next stop: WORLDS. 🏆🌎
