Congratulations to our girl Kayla Williams who competed in the FMG PRO/AM this weekend in the Bikini Athletic class.
I am so proud of how Kayla held your own this weekend in such a stacked line up!
Kayla was extremely captivating to watch up on that stage. Her smile, physique, posing & bikini.. entire package was absolutely stunning.
For those that don’t know Kayla competing for her isn’t something that she wants to revolve her entire life around & that is OKAY!
She’s very open about the fact that other things in life are also a priority so we do our best to make her prep as practical and lifestyle friendly as possible for her so she doesn’t lose her love for this sport.
All this considered I think we did a damn good job. She looked incredible and I’m so proud of the improvements we’ve made to her shape, muscularity & stage presence since her last show.
Kayla is the bubbliest & most energetic athlete I’ve ever prepped making her absolute pleasure to be around & work with.
